Article 145 of Civil Code

If guardianship, testamentary guardianship or curatorship ceases for any reason in respect of the person exercising it, he must deliver the ward’s property to the person entitled to receive it immediately upon the cessation of his authority, except for the time required for delivery. He must also render an accurate account of his guardianship within a period not exceeding three months from its termination.
