1 - An action based on exploitation is time-barred upon the lapse of one year from the conclusion of the contract. 2 - However, if the contract resulted from exploitation of unbridled passion or moral ascendancy, the one-year period shall begin to run only from the date on which the influence of the passion or ascendancy ceases, provided that the action shall in all cases be time-barred upon the lapse of fifteen years from the conclusion of the contract.
