English translation
If a person exploits another's compelling need, manifest recklessness, apparent weakness, or unbridled passion, or exploits his moral ascendancy over him, and thereby induces him to conclude, for his own benefit or that of another, a contract involving at its conclusion an excessive disproportion between what he undertakes to perform under it and the material or moral benefit it brings him, such that its conclusion constitutes a manifest repudiation of honorable dealing and the requirements of good faith, the judge may, upon the application of the victim of exploitation, in accordance with justice and having regard to the circumstances, reduce his obligations, increase the obligations of the other party, or annul the contract.
