In gratuitous contracts resulting from exploitation, the judge may, at the donor's request, annul the contract or reduce the amount of the property donated according to the circumstances, taking account of the requirements of justice and humanitarian considerations.

في عقود التبرع التي تجئ وليدة الاستغلال, يكون للقاضي, بناء على طلب المتبرع,
أن يبطل العقد أو أن ينقص قدر المال المتبرع به وفقا لظروف الحال، وبمراعاة
