English translation
1 - If the contract is void or annulled, the contracting parties shall be restored to the position they were in at the time of the contract, unless the law provides otherwise, and without prejudice to the provisions of the following two articles. - If it is impossible for one contracting party to restore the other to the position he was in at the time of the contract, a judgment may be issued. ١ - إذا بطل العقد أو أبطل, يعاد المتعاقدان إلى الحالة التي كانا عليها عند العقد ،
