English translation
1 - If nullity or annulment affects a part of the contract, it shall be confined to that part alone, to the exclusion of the remainder of the contract. 2 - However, if either contracting party proves that he would not have concluded the contract without the void or annulled part, the entire contract shall be void.

١ - إذا لحق البطلان أو الإبطال شقا من العقد، اقتصر عليه وحده، دون باقي
العقد.
٢ - على أنه إذا أثبت أحد المتعاقدين أنه ما كان يبرم العقد بغير الشق الباطل أو
