English translation
1 - Legislation shall be repealed only by subsequent legislation expressly providing for its repeal or containing a provision incompatible with it. 2 - If legislation is enacted regulating anew a subject previously regulated by earlier legislation, all provisions contained in that legislation shall be repealed.

١ - لا يلغى تشريع إلا بتشريع لاحق ينص صراحة على إلغائه أو يتضمن حكما
يتعارض معه.
٢ - وإذا صدر تشريع ينظم من جديد موضوعا كان ينظمه تشريع سابق، ألغي كل
