English translation
1- Legislative provisions shall apply to the matters addressed by those provisions expressly or by implication. 2P If there is no legislative provision, the judge shall rule in accordance with the rules of Islamic jurisprudence most consistent with the country’s circumstances and interests; if none exists, he shall rule according to custom.

١- تسري النصــوص التشريعيــة على المســائل التــي تتنــاولها هــذه النصــوص بمنطوقهــا
أو بمفهومهــا.
