English translation
The following provisions are repealed: - 1 - Law No. 6 of 1961 regulating obligations arising from unlawful acts. 2 - Law No. 34 of 1961 promulgating the Law on Security Rights in Rem. 3 - Law No. 39 of 1976 regulating ownership of floors and apartments. 4 - Article Three of Law No. 35 of 1978 concerning the lease of real property. Every provision that conflicts with the provisions of the attached Law is also repealed.

تلغى النصوص الآتية: -
١ - القانون رقم 6 لسنة ١٩6١ بتنظيم الالتزامات الناشئة عن العمل غير المشروع.
2 - القانون رقم 34 لسنة ١٩6١ بإصدار قانون التأمينات العينية.
3 - القانون رقم 3٩ لسنة ١٩76 بتنظيم ملكية الطوابق والشقق.
4 - المادة الثالثة من القانون رقم 35 لسنة ١٩7٨ في شأن إيجار العقارات.
