English translation
1 - Provisions relating to capacity shall apply to all persons covered by them. 2 - If a new law entails a change in a person's capacity, that shall not affect his dispositions preceding its entry into force.

۱ - النصوص المتعلقة بالأهلية تسري على جميع الأشخاص الذين تتناولهم أحكامها.
٢ - وإذا كان من مقتضى قانون جديد أن يغير أهلية الشخص, فإن ذلك لا يؤثر في
