English translation
1 - If the recipient of what was not due acted in good faith, he shall be obliged to return only what he received. If he acted in bad faith, he shall also be obliged to return the fruits he collected or neglected to collect, from the day he received the thing or the day he became of bad faith, as the case may be. 2 - In all cases, the recipient of what was not due shall be obliged to return the fruits from the day an action for its return is brought against him.

١ - إذا كان من تسلم غير المستحق حسن النية، فلا يلتزم أن يرد إلا ما تسلم، فإذا
كان سيء النية، فإنه يلتزم أن يرد أيضًا الثمار التي جناها أو التي قصر في جنيها،
وذلك من يوم تسلمه الشيء ، أو من اليوم الذي أصبح فيه سيء النية، بحسب
الأحوال.
٢ - وعلى أي حال، يلتزم من تسلم غير المستحق برد الثمار مـن يــوم رفع الدعوى
