English translation
If payment was made in performance of an obligation not yet due, and the payer was unaware of the existence of the term, the creditor may confine himself to returning the benefit obtained by reason of the early payment, within the limits of the damage sustained by the debtor.

إذا كان الوفاء قد تم تنفيذا لالتزام لم يحل أجله، وكان الموفي جاهلاً قيام الأجل،
جاز للدائن أن يقتصر على رد ما استفادة بسبب الوفاء المعجل، في حدود ما لحق
