English translation
An action for enrichment without cause shall lapse upon the passage of three years from the day on which the person who suffered the loss becomes aware of his right to compensation, or upon the expiry of fifteen years from the day on which that right arises, whichever period expires first. تسقط دعوى الإثراء بلا سبب بمضي ثلاث سنوات من اليوم الذي يعلم فيه من
لحقه الضر بحقه في التعويض، أو بانقضاء خمس عشرة سنة من اليوم الذي ينشأ فيه
هذا الحق، أي المدتين أقرب.
