English translation
Whoever is enriched, without lawful cause, at another's expense shall, to the extent of his enrichment, be obliged to compensate that other person for the damage sustained. This obligation shall remain in existence even if the enrichment subsequently ceases.

كل من يثرى، دون سبب مشروع، على حساب آخر، يلتزم، في حدود ما أثـري بـه،
بتعويض هذا الشخص الآخر عما لحقه من ضرر. ويبقى هذا الالتزام قائما، ولو
