English translation
Recovery of diya as an indemnity for personal injury shall not preclude the injured person's right to seek compensation for other harm from the person liable for it under the provisions governing liability for unlawful acts, unless it is proved that he waived his right thereto.

لا يحول استيفاء الدية باعتبارها ضمانًا عن أذى النفس دون حق المضرور في الرجوع
بالتعويض عن المضار الأخرى على من يلتزم به وفقًا لأحكام المسئولية عن العمل
