English translation
In all cases of liability for personal injury, such liability shall not arise if it is established that the injured person deliberately injured himself, or that the injury befell him as a result of gross and deliberate misconduct on his part.

في جميع أحوال ضمان أذى النفس، لا يقوم هذا الضمان، إذا ثبت أن المضرور قد
تعمد إصابة نفسه، أو أن الإصابة قد لحقته نتيجة سوء سلوك فاحش ومقصود
