English translation
1 - If the State pays the blood money pursuant to Article 256, it shall be subrogated to the injured person's right thereto against the person legally liable for it. 2 - In recovering the blood money, the State shall have the privilege attaching to sums due to the Public Treasury over all the property of the person liable for it.

1 - إذا وفت الدولة الدية إعمالاً لحكم المادة ٢٥٦ ، حلت محل المضرور في حقه فيها
قبل من يلتزم بها قانونًا.
٢ - ويكون للدولة في رجوعها بالدية امتياز المبالغ المستحقة للخزانة العامة على
