English translation
1 - If the voluntary manager dies, his heirs shall owe the principal the obligations owed by an agent’s heirs towards his principal. 2 - If the principal dies, the voluntary manager shall remain bound towards his heirs by the obligations he owed towards him.

١ - إذا مات الفضولي ، التزم ورثته إزاء رب العمل بما يلتزم به من ورثة الوكيل إزاء
موكله .
