English translation
The action for the ineffectiveness of a disposition lapses upon the expiry of three years from the day on which the creditor learned of the reason for the disposition’s ineffectiveness against him, and in all cases lapses upon the expiry of fifteen years from the time the disposition was made. تسقط دعوى عدم نفاذ التصرف بانقضاء ثلاث سنوات من اليوم الذي علم فيه
الدائن بسبب عدم نفاذ التصرف في حقه، وتسقط في جميع الأحوال بانقضاء خمس
عشرة سنة من وقت صدور التصرف.
