English translation
If the debtor refers his creditor to the usurper by an assignment restricted to the usurped property, and the property perishes in the usurper's possession before delivery to the assignee creditor, this shall not affect the subsistence of the assignment. However, if a third party establishes title to the usurped property, the assignment shall be void.

إذا أحال المدين دائنة على الغاصب حوالة مقيدة بالعين المغصوبة وهلكت العين في
يد الغاصب قبل أدائها للمحال له فلا يؤثر ذلك في قيام الحوالة، أما إن استحقت
