English translation
1 - If the debt to which the transfer was restricted is extinguished for a cause arising after its conclusion, this shall not affect the existence of the transfer, and the transferee debtor may have recourse against the transferor for the amount paid to the transferee creditor. 2 - If, however, the debt to which the transfer was restricted is extinguished for a cause preceding its conclusion and not attributable to the transferee debtor, the transfer shall be void.

1 - إذا انقضى الدين الذي قيدت به الحوالة بسبب عارض بعد انعقادها فلا يؤثر
ذلك في قيام الحوالة ، ويكون للمحال عليه الرجوع على المحيل بقدر ما أداه للمحال
له
٢ - أما إذا انقضى الدين الذي قيدت به الحوالة بسبب سابق على انعقادها ولا يُعزى
