English translation
If the thing sold perishes before delivery due to an external cause beyond either contracting party's control. The sale shall be dissolved and the buyer shall recover the price he paid, unless the destruction occurred after the buyer was formally notified to take delivery of the thing sold.

إذا هلك المبيع قبل تسليمه لسبب أجنبي لا يد لأحد المتعاقدين فيه. انفسخ البيع
واسترد المشتري ما أداه من الثمن وذلك ما لم يكن الهلاك بعد إعذار المشتري لتسلم
