1 - Delivery of the thing sold shall take place where it is located at the time of the contract, unless otherwise agreed. 2 - If the thing sold is movable and its location has not been specified, it must be delivered at the seller’s domicile.

١ - يتم تسليم المبيع في مكان وجوده وقت العقد ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك.
