English translation
1 - Delivery is effected by placing the thing sold at the buyer's disposal in such a manner that he can possess and use it without impediment, even if he has not actually taken possession of it, provided that the seller has informed him thereof. 2 - Delivery of each thing shall be made in a manner consistent with its nature.

١ - يحصل التسليم بالتخلية بين المبيع والمشتري على وجه يتمكن به المشتري من
حيازته والانتفاع به دون حائل, ولو لم يقبضه بالفعل ما دام البائع قد أعلمه بذلك.
