English translation
If the contract does not specify a time for delivery of the thing sold, the seller shall deliver it immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If it is agreed that delivery shall take place at the time designated by the buyer, the seller shall effect it at that time. All this is subject to the periods required by the nature of the thing sold or prescribed by custom.

إذا لم يحدد العقد وقتا لتسليم المبيع, التزم البائع بتسليمه فور انعقاد العقد. وإذا
اتفق على أن يتم التسليم في الوقت الذي يحدده المشتري التزم البائع بإجرائه فيه.
