English translation
An action for rescission of the contract, reduction or supplementation of the price, or return of the excess on account of a deficiency or excess in the thing sold shall be time-barred upon the expiry of one year from the time of delivery.

تسقط الدعوى بفسخ العقد أو إنقاص الثمن أو تكملته أو رد الزيادة بسبب العجز
