English translation
1 - If the thing sold is destroyed or damaged by the buyer's act, he shall remain liable for the full price. 2 - If the destruction or damage is attributable to the seller, the buyer shall have the choice between rescinding the sale and reducing the price by the amount of the diminution in value, without prejudice to his right to compensation where warranted.

١ - إذا هلك المبيع أو تلف بفعل المشتري بقي ملتزما بالثمن كاملاً.
٢ - فإذا كان الهلاك أو التلف لسبب يرجع إلى البائع, كان المشتري بالخيار بين فسخ
البيع أو إنقاص الثمن بقدر نقص القيمة وذلك دون إخلال بحقه في التعويض إن
