English translation
The seller shall warrant the buyer against interference with all or part of the thing sold by any person claiming a right over it existing at the time of sale and enforceable against the buyer. He shall also be bound by the warranty even if the interfering party claims a right arising after the sale, if that right passed to him from the seller or resulted from the seller's act.

يضمن البائع التعرض للمشتري في المبيع كله أو بعضه من أي شخص يدعــي حقــا
على المبيع وقت البيع يحتج به على المشتري, كما يكون ملزما بالضمان ولو ادعى
المتعرض حقا نشأ بعد البيع إذا كان هذا الحق قد آل إليه من البائع أو كان نتيجة
