Article 484 of Civil Code

1 - If a third party establishes title to the whole of the thing sold, the buyer may recover the price from the seller and have recourse against him for all losses incurred and profits forgone as a result of that establishment of title. - Nevertheless, the buyer's right shall be limited to recovery of the price if the seller proves that, at the time of sale, he was unaware of the ground for the third party's title.
