English translation
In sales of movables, if a time is agreed for payment of all or most of the price and for taking delivery of the thing sold, the seller shall have the right to consider the sale rescinded without the need for formal notice if the buyer does not pay the price due when that time arrives, unless otherwise agreed or the outstanding price due is insignificant.

في بيع المنقولات إذا اتفق على ميعاد لأداء الثمن كله أو أكثره ولتسلم المبيع, كان
للبائع الحق في اعتبار البيع مفسوخا دون حاجة إلى إعذار إذا لم يؤد المشتري المستحق
من الثمن عند حلول الميعاد, وذلك ما لم يوجد اتفاق على خلاف ذلك, أو كان
