If neither agreement nor custom specifies a place or time for taking delivery of the thing sold, the buyer must take delivery of it at the place where it is located at the time of sale and remove it from that place without delay except for the time required for removal.

إذا لم يعين الاتفاق أو العرف مكانا أو زمانا لتسلم المبيع, وجب على المشتري أن
يتسلمه في المكان الذي يوجد فيه المبيع وقت البيع وأن ينقله من هذا المكان دون
