Article 510 of Civil Code

1 - If a disputed right is sold, the person disputing it with the seller may redeem it from its buyer if he reimburses him for the price paid and the expenses incurred. 2 - A right is considered disputed if an action has been brought concerning its subject matter or a serious dispute has arisen concerning it.
