Article 512 of Civil Code

As an exception to the provision of Article 510, redemption is not permissible in the following cases: a- If the right forms part of a collection of assets sold for a single price. b- If the right is held in common and one of the co-owners sells his share in it to another co-owner. c- If the holder of the right has disposed of it in satisfaction of a debt owed by him to a creditor. d- If the right is secured by a mortgage encumbering an immovable property and the right was sold the possessor of this immovable property.
