English translation
1 - The donor shall deliver the donated property if the donee has not taken possession of it, and the provisions concerning delivery of the thing sold shall apply in this respect. 2 - If the donated property perishes before delivery, or undergoes alteration or diminution, the donor shall be liable only for his intentional act or gross fault.

١ - يلتزم الواهب بتسليم المال الموهوب, إذا لم يكن الموهوب له قد قبضه, وتسري
