The donor does not warrant that the thing donated is free from defects, unless otherwise agreed or the donor intentionally concealed the defect; in that event, he shall be obliged only to compensate the donee for the harm caused by the defect. 2 - Obligations of the Donee

لا يضمن الواهب براءة الموهوب من العيب, إلا إذا اتفق على غير ذلك, أو كان
الواهب قد تعمد إخفاء العيب, وعندئذ لا يكون ملزما إلا بتعويض الموهوب له
