If the gift is coupled with a charge requiring the donee to pay the donor's debts, he shall be obliged to pay only the debts existing at the time of the gift, unless otherwise agreed. (Third): Revocation of the Gift:

إذا كانت الهبة مقترنة بتكليف الموهوب له الوفاء بديون الواهب, فإنه لا يكون
ملزما إلا بوفاء الديون التي كانت موجودة وقت الهبة ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك.
