English translation
The following, in particular, shall constitute an acceptable excuse for revoking a gift: a - The donee's breach of his duties towards the donor in a manner constituting grave ingratitude on his part. b - The donor becoming unable to provide himself with the means of subsistence consistent with his social standing, or becoming unable to fulfil the maintenance obligations towards others imposed on him by law. c - The donor having a child after the gift who remains alive until the time of revocation. Revocation of the gift is precluded:

يعتبر على وجه الخصوص عذرا مقبولا للرجوع في الهبة :
أ- أن يخل الموهوب له بما يجب عليه نحو الواهب, إخلالا يعتبر جحودا كبيرا من
جانبه.
ب - أن يصبح الواهب عاجزا عن أن يوفر لنفسه أسباب المعيشة بما يتفق مع مكانته
الاجتماعية, أو أن يصبح غير قادر على الوفاء بما يفرضه عليه القانون من النفقة
على الغير.
ج - أن يرزق الواهب بعد الهبة ولدا يظل حيا إلى وقت الرجوع.
