1 - A donor may not revoke his gift, except for parents in respect of what they have given to their child. 2 - Nevertheless, in cases other than this, a gift may be revoked with judicial authorization if the donor relies on an acceptable excuse.

١- لا يجوز للواهب الرجوع في هبته, إلا الأبوين فيما وهباه لولدهما.
٢ - ومع ذلك يجوز في غير هذه الحالة, الرجوع في الهبة بترخيص من القضاء ,
