English translation
The donee shall be obliged to perform any charge imposed upon him by the contract, whether that charge is stipulated in the interest of the donor or in the interest of a third party.

يلتزم الموهوب له بالقيام بما يفرضه عليه العقد من تكليف, سواء كان هذا التكليف
