English translation
The donor warrants only against interference arising from his own act, and does not warrant against a third party's title to the property given unless he deliberately concealed the cause of that title or the gift was subject to a charge, unless otherwise agreed or provided by law.

لا يضمن الواهب إلا التعرض الناشئ عن فعله, كما لا يضمن استحقاق الموهوب
إلا إذا تعمد إخفاء سبب
الاستحقاق أو كانت الهبة مقترنة بتكليف وذلك ما لم يتفق على غيره أو يقض القانون
