English translation
A person whose right is limited to administration may not conclude a lease for a term exceeding three years except with permission from the person empowered to grant it. If he concludes a lease for a longer term, its term shall be reduced to three years, all this unless a provision stipulates otherwise.

لا يجوز لمن يقتصر حقه على الإدارة أن يعقد إيجارا تزيد مدته على ثلاث سنين إلا
بإذن ممن يملكه, فإذا عقد الإيجار لمدة أطول أنقصت مدته إلى ثلاث سنين, وكل
