English translation
If the contracting parties have not specified the rent or the manner of its assessment, or if its amount cannot be proved, the rent for comparable premises at the time the contract was concluded shall be payable.

إذا لم يحدد المتعاقدان الأجرة أو كيفية تقديرها , أو إذا تعذر إثبات مقدارها , وجبت
