Article 567 of Civil Code

1 - If the lease is concluded without specifying a term, or is concluded for an indefinite term, or its term cannot be proved, the lease shall be deemed concluded for the period specified for payment of rent. 2 - The lease shall end upon the expiry of this period if either contracting party gives the other notice to vacate before its latter half, provided that the notice period does not exceed three months.
