English translation
1 - The lessee shall pay the rent on the agreed dates. If there is no agreement, payment shall be made on the dates determined by custom. 2 - Rent shall be paid at the lessee's domicile unless an agreement or custom provides otherwise. ١ - يجب على المستأجر الوفاء بالأجرة في المواعيد المتفق عليها ، فإذا لم يكن هنـاك
اتفاق ، وجب الوفاء بها في المواعيد التي يعينها العرف .
۲ - ويكون الوفاء بالأجرة في موطن المستأجر ما لم يكن هناك اتفاق أو عرف يقضي
