English translation
If a defect covered by the warranty appears in the leased property, the lessee may request repair of the defect or repair it himself at the lessor's expense if such repair does not impose an onerous burden on him, without prejudice to the lessee's right to request rescission of the lease or reduction of the rent, together with compensation if there are grounds for it.

إذا ظهر بالمأجور عيب يتحقق معه الضمان ، جاز للمستأجر إن يطلب إصلاح
العيب أو أن يقوم هو بإصلاحه على نفقة المؤجر إذا كان هذا الإصلاح لا يرهقه
