English translation
If there are several lessees of a single leased property, preference shall be given to the one who first takes possession of it in good faith. If none of them takes possession of the leased property in good faith, preference shall be given to the one who was earliest to contract.

إذا تعدد المستأجرون المأجور واحد ، فضل من سبق منهم إلى وضع يده عليه وهـو
حسن النية . فإن لم يضع أحدهم يده على المأجور بحسن نية ، فضـل مـن كان منهم
