1 - If a third party claims a right conflicting with the lessee's rights under the lease contract, the lessee shall promptly notify the lessor thereof. 2 - If this claim results in depriving the lessee of the enjoyment conferred by the lease contract, he may seek rescission or a reduction of the rent, together with compensation where warranted.

1 - إذا ادعى الغير حقا يتعارض مع ما للمستأجر من حقوق بمقتضى عقد الإيجار
, وجب على المستأجر أن يبادر إلى إخطار المؤجر بذلك.
٢ - فإذا ترتب على هذا الادعاء حرمان المستأجر من الانتفاع الذي يخوله لـه عـقــد
