Article 576 of Civil Code

1 - The lessor may not interfere with the lessee's enjoyment of the benefit throughout the lease term, nor make any alteration to the leased property or its appurtenances that prevents its use or impairs the intended benefit. 2 - Interference by any of the lessor's subordinates shall be treated as interference by the lessor.
