Article 591 of Civil Code

1- The lessee may place in the leased property devices or installations that ensure his intended enjoyment, so long as the manner in which they are installed accords with sound practices, unless placing those devices or installations damages the leased property or diminishes its value. 2- If the lessor's intervention is necessary to carry out any of this, the lessee may require it of him, provided that he bears the expenses incurred by the lessor.
