1 - The lessee shall exercise the care of an ordinary person in using and preserving the leased property. 2 - He is liable for damage or destruction affecting the leased property during his enjoyment of it arising from his using it in an unusual manner.

١ - يجب على المستأجر أن يبذل من العناية في استعمال المأجور وفي المحافظة عليه ما
يبذله الشخص العادي.
٢ - وهو مسئول عما يصيب المأجور أثناء انتفاعه به من تلف أو هلاك ناشئ عن
